Return & Exchange Policy


 

**Exchange Policy is not applicable for Overseas orders (outside of Singapore)

 

Non-Defect Outfit

1. All plus sizes/ specially ordered outfits (eg. bridesmaid) and sales item are on non-exchangeable and non-refundable basis with the exception of defects detected on the particular outfit.

2. Outfit(s) worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3. Exchange is subjected to availability. Has to be in mint condition with tag intact. 

4. All other outfits may be returned with a “Notice to Return” to be sent within 3 days from date of receipt. Customers are to email adriannayariqa@gmail.com or P.M at +65 8922 6613 | +60192880811stating the intention to return the outfits together with the reasons and provide a screenshot of the delivery receipt within a day from the date of receipt.   

5. “Notice of Approval to Return” will be issued via email/SMS/ Whatsapp should customers comply with the return procedures as above. Customers are to mail out the outfit within seven days from “Notice of Approval to Return” to the below address:

Delivery costs are to be borne by customers. Customers are strongly advised to mail out the outfit via registered mail and state their returned address on the mailing envelope for tracing purposes. Adrianna Yariqa LLP is not liable for non-receipt of the returned outfits.

6. Customers may request for exchange of size subject to availability or refund in the form of store credit. Request for cash refund will not be entertained. (For Singaporean Only)

7. A refund in the form of store credit equals to the price of outfit will be issued upon receipt of returned outfits. Alternatively a new outfit will be mailed out for exchange requests.

8. All exchanged items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable with the exception of defects detected on the particular outfit.

9. Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchases date. Items can only be exchanged only once per order.

10. Exchange paid items to different items are allowed (For Singaporean Only). However,

  • if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount,
  • if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash / Credit refund provided. 

Defect Outfits

1. Customers are to immediately check for any defects upon receipt of outfits. Dissatisfaction with fabric or a slight variation in colours due to monitor display does not constitute defects.

2. Outfit(s) worn or washed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3. A “Notice of Defect Outfit” is to be sent within 7 days from the date of receipt. Customers are to email adriannayariqa@gmail.com or P.M at +65 8922 6613 | +60192880811 stating areas of defect together with the screenshot of the defects and delivery receipt.  

4. “Notice of Approval to Return” will be issued via email/SMS/ Whatsapp should customers comply with the return procedures as above. Customers are to mail out the outfit within seven days from “Notice of Approval to Return” to the below address:

Returned outfits are to be mailed out only via respective countries national post registered mail. Customers are strongly advised to state their returned addresses on the mailing envelope. Adrianna Yariqa LLP is not liable for non-receipt of returned outfits due to negligence of customer in complying with the stated procedures. A screenshot of delivery receipt are to be sent to adriannayariqa@gmail.com or P.M at +65 8922 6613 | +60192880811 Delivery costs are eligible for refund subject to customers complying with the return procedures. Returned outfit mail out via private courier or fast post (eg. UPS, DHL) will not be entitled for refund.   

5. Customer may choose 2 options for refund:

 Option 1: Exchange of outfit subject to availability – Outfit will be sent out upon receipt of returned outfits. Delivery Costs will be refunded in the form of Store credit/Bank Transfer.

Option 2: Refund in the form of store credit - Refund in the form of store credit equals to the price of outfit plus delivery costs of returned outfits will be issued upon receipt of returned outfits.

 

Note: Above return policy only applies for purchase made directly via Whatsapp Order or our website at www.adriannayariqa.com. For purchases via our resellers platform (eg. Fashionvalet, Grandeur physical store), do refer to the respective resellers exchange policy.
